Rituals connect. They not only connect in the group and strengthen the community and the feeling of security, they also reconnect you with yourself.
Whether in a group or alone in a 1:1 Ritual - Rituals strengthen the connection to ourselves, to our heart and to our intuition, our inner wisdom and the answers we are looking for.
Rituals can be additionally supported with the power of Cacao (which works specifically on the heart level). Sounds (Sound Bath) also support our healing and balancing through vibrations.
Individual rituals can also be held for targeted manifestation, general cleansing or on specific topics (such as a Womb cleanse -> more also under Energy Work).
