Umbuchung & Kündigung
I place great importance on the quality of my services. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance to ensure your session is not forfeited. Please note that if you arrive late, the missed time cannot be added to the overall session duration, and each coaching session will conclude at the pre-arranged time. Be aware that in cases of no-shows or last-minute cancellations, no refunds will be issued for the payment already made. I encourage you to plan your appointments early and reschedule or cancel as needed in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
